Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Return of Goods

After exercising the right of withdrawal, we will provide you with the specific return address.

Important notes on returns:
– Returns are sent directly to the respective sender (supplier)
– Returns to Switzerland are excluded
– The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods
– Returns without prior declaration of withdrawal will not be accepted
– Goods must be returned unworn, unused, complete and in the original packaging

Damage, Defects and Wrong Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

Contact us immediately if:
– the item is defective or damaged
– a wrong item was delivered

We will review the case promptly and arrange for an appropriate solution.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for:
– Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
– Custom-made or personalized items
– Hygiene and care products (e.g. cosmetics), if sealed and opened
– Dangerous substances, flammable liquids or gases
– Sale items and gift vouchers

A direct exchange is not available.
