Note: The company formation process is currently underway. The commercial register number (HR-Nr.) and the company identification number (UID) will be provided shortly.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Place order" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email.

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in your customer account, provided you have created an account with us.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices include the legally applicable value added tax and exclude the stated shipping costs.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Instant bank transfer
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.

Delivery times:

  • EU countries: 7-14 working days after receipt of payment
  • International (outside the EU): 14-21 working days after receipt of payment

The stated delivery times are estimates. In exceptional cases (e.g., customs clearance, public holidays, force majeure), delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping on orders over €50 within the EU
  • Under €50: €4.99 (EU) / €7.99 (International)

Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

Partial deliveries: We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

5. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
eushopfy
Email: info@eushopfy.com
inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the warranty period may be reduced to one year, insofar as this is legally permissible.

You can report any defects to us via email at info@eushopfy.com.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by a negligent breach of duty on our part or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by one of our legal representatives or agents.

We are only liable for other damages in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on which you may regularly rely. In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damages at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Liability for minor negligence in breaching duties is excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Data protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). You can find further information in our privacy policy .

11. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence.

12. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
