Right of withdrawal

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of goods

After you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will inform you of the specific return address.

Important information regarding returns:

• Returns are sent directly to the respective sender (supplier).
• Returns to Switzerland are not accepted.
• The consumer bears the costs of the return shipment.
• Returns without prior cancellation notice will not be accepted.
• The goods must be returned unworn, unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Damage, defects and incorrect items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

Contact us immediately if:

• the item is defective or damaged
• A wrong item was delivered

We will review the case promptly and ensure an appropriate solution.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely in the following cases:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Hygiene and care products (e.g. cosmetics), if sealed and opened
• hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases
• Promotional items and gift vouchers
