Shipping policy
Delivery times
We ship all orders quickly and reliably within Europe and worldwide.
Europe (EU countries)
Delivery time: 2-4 working days
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery will then take place within 2-4 business days directly to your home.
International (outside the EU)
Delivery time: 5-7 working days
For international orders, the delivery time is 5-7 business days after shipment. Please note that in some cases, delays may occur due to customs.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €50 within the EU
For orders under €50, the following shipping costs apply:
- EU shipping: €4.99
- International shipping: €7.99
The exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Shipping partner
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and fast delivery. Depending on the destination country, the following shipping providers may be used:
- DHL
- DPD
- Hermes
- German postal service
- Other local shipping partners
Order processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, as well as on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or additional costs. eushopfy accepts no responsibility for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Customs duties and taxes
No additional customs duties apply to orders within the EU. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery problems or lost shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within the stated delivery time or you are experiencing problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately at support@eushopfy.com . We will resolve the issue together with our shipping partner as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable packages
Packages that cannot be delivered (e.g. due to incorrect address, not picked up, etc.) and are returned to us can be resent upon reimbursement of shipping costs.
